Do you provide bulk billing?
For general practice consultations, bulk billing at Mount waverley is available to:
- Medicare cardholders
- Children under 16
- Pension card holders
- Concession card holders
- Aboriginal & Torres strait islanders
- DVA card holders

Do late fees apply if I am late or cancel an appointment?
Charges may apply for missed appointments or for cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice. Should you need to cancel or change an appointment time, avoid fees by calling the practice on (03) 9005 6001 to cancel or change your appointment.
How much will I be charged if I don’t have a Medicare Card?
Charges may apply to Non-Medicare Cardholders. These fees will vary depending on the length and nature of the appointment.
Can patients claim Medicare rebate onsite?
Yes, if they have a valid Medicare card
What are your weekend and public holiday rates?

Is on-site parking available?
Yes, we currently have 60 on-site parking spaces available for your convenience.

Mon-Fri | 8:30am – 5:00 pm
Sat-Sun | 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
We are also open Public Holidays 10:00am – 3:00 pm
